1. What LeakLedger is

LeakLedger is record-keeping and decision-support software for refrigerant service records. It calculates leak rates, coverage and deadlines under 40 CFR Part 84, Subpart C from the records you enter or import. It is not legal advice and does not make legal determinations. Where the rule is unclear, LeakLedger marks the result “confirm with your compliance advisor.” You and your customers remain responsible for compliance, including reports filed with EPA.

2. Your records

Results are only as complete as the records provided. Refrigerant added by other contractors, or missing full charges, can change leak rates and deadlines. You own your data. You can export all of it at any time, including during and after a trial. We keep service records you add so you can meet the 3-year retention requirement (40 CFR 84.106(l)); records are archived rather than deleted.

3. Trial and billing

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card. After the trial, adding new records and creating reports needs a paid plan; viewing and exporting your records stays available. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider and can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

Use LeakLedger only for your own business and your customers’ equipment, keep your sign-in private, and don’t upload files you aren’t allowed to share.

5. Limitation of liability

LeakLedger is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including penalties or fines arising from compliance decisions.
