What we collect

• Account details: your business name, the email addresses of people on your account, and sign-in information handled by Amazon Cognito.
• Records you add: customers, sites, appliances, refrigerant service records and the files you upload.
• Setup-help requests: the name, company, email, phone and message you send us through the form on this site.
• Calculator results you ask us to email: your email address, the result you asked for, and whether you want the yearly March 1 reminder. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Usage of the app: which setup steps an account has completed and the weeks it was active, so we can improve onboarding. No advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

How we use it

To run the service, send the emails you ask for (sign-in codes, invitations, the weekly deadline email you can turn off), reply to you, and bill you. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Amazon Web Services hosts the app and its data in the United States. Payments are handled by Stripe; we don't see or store card numbers.

Cookies

The app uses a sign-in session cookie, a security (CSRF) cookie and a light/dark theme preference. This website sets no cookies.

How long we keep it

While your account is open, and afterwards as long as needed for the 3-year record retention your customers rely on (40 CFR 84.106(l)), unless you ask us to delete it sooner after exporting it. Setup-help and calculator requests are kept up to 2 years.

Your choices

You can export your records at any time and ask us to correct or delete your information: support@getleakledger.com.
