How it works
From a CSV export to a customer-ready report in one sitting
No re-keying. Your technicians keep working in the software they already use.
Import your records
Upload the refrigerant form export from ServiceTitan or any FSM. Map the columns once; LeakLedger remembers. Tests and inspections are read from the notes, duplicates are flagged.
Build the register
LeakLedger creates your customers, sites and appliances from the file — "Rack A", "RACK-A LT" and a serial number become one appliance. Fill in full charges on one worklist.
Track and report
Every leak rate, repair clock, verification test and chronic-leak flag in one place, plus a branded PDF for each customer and a weekly deadline email for your team.
Why contractors use it
Built for the shop that services the store, not the store's sustainability team
Import, don't re-key
The pounds are already in your service records. LeakLedger reads them — with saved column mappings, notes-based test detection and duplicate checks — so the office isn't re-typing every job.
Math you can check
Annualizing or rolling average under §84.102, with the arithmetic printed on every rate: "50 lb ÷ 220 lb × 100 = 22.7%". Corrections are added, never overwritten, with the reason kept.
Never miss a clock
30-day repair, initial and follow-up verification tests, leak inspections, retrofit or retirement plans and the March 1 chronic-leak report — each with its CFR citation and due date.
Reports that keep accounts
Your logo, your footer, every appliance, calculation and open item — a PDF in seconds that shows a grocer you have their compliance covered. Works from a phone, too.
Compared with what you use today
Spreadsheets break on the rolling average. Log apps make techs type it twice.
