LeakLedger

ServiceTitan & FSM CSV import

Already logging refrigerant in ServiceTitan? Upload the export and get the Part 84 math.

Field-service software records the pounds. LeakLedger turns those records into leak rates, deadlines and customer reports. It works with CSV exports — no integration project, no new app for your techs.

LeakLedger imports CSV files. It is not a live sync and is not affiliated with ServiceTitan.

What to export

Export your refrigerant service records — for example, a report of the refrigerant form your technicians fill in — as CSV, one row per visit. LeakLedger needs three columns and uses the rest to match equipment and fill in the ledger:

ColumnNeeded?Typical header
Date of the workRequiredCompleted On, Date
EquipmentRequiredEquipment Name, Unit
Pounds addedRequiredLbs Added, Charge (lbs)
Pounds recoveredRecommendedLbs Recovered
Customer, locationRecommendedCustomer, Location
Serial number, equipment IDRecommendedSerial, Equipment ID
RefrigerantRecommendedRefrigerant Type
Job number, technician, notesOptionalJob #, Technician, Notes

Then every month

  1. Export the new visits.
  2. Upload — your saved mapping is applied automatically.
  3. Confirm the matched rows in one click; check the few flagged ones.
  4. Deadlines and reports update.

Rows already imported are skipped as duplicates, so overlapping exports are safe. Nothing reaches the ledger until you confirm it, and the original file is kept so every entry traces back to its source row.

Notes, not extra forms

Techs often record tests in the notes. LeakLedger reads them.

Notes in the exportRecorded as
"Replaced leaking flare. Initial verification test PASS."Initial verification test — pass
"Follow-up verification test FAIL: bubbles at return bends."Follow-up verification test — fail
"Quarterly leak inspection: all accessible components. No leaks found."Leak inspection
"Owner elected to replace the walk-in system instead of more repairs."Retrofit / retire decision
"Quarterly PM. No leaks found."Routine visit — skip in one tap

Each classified row is marked "record type read from notes — check" so a person confirms it.
