Why we built LeakLedger

EPA's Part 84 rule brought leak repair to every HFC system of 15 lb or more on January 1, 2026. The duties sit with the store owner. The data sits with the refrigeration contractor.

Contractors already record every pound they add — in ServiceTitan forms, other field-service apps or spreadsheets. What they don't have is a way to turn those records into leak rates, deadlines and something their customer can keep on file, without re-typing it all or paying for software built for national retailers.

LeakLedger does that one job: import the records you have, do the §84.102 math in the open, track every clock in §84.106, and put your name on the report. It costs $149 a month for the whole company, because a 5-truck shop should be able to justify it on one grocery account.

How we work

• Show the math. Every number on screen and in reports comes with its arithmetic and citation.
• Say when the rule is unclear. Interpretations are marked "confirm with your compliance advisor".
• Your data is yours. Full export, any time.
