Why does LeakLedger cost more than a $29 leak-log app?
Leak-log apps ask your technicians to re-enter every service call. LeakLedger imports the service records you already have (ServiceTitan or any field-service CSV), builds the appliance list from the file, tracks the full Part 84 deadline chain, and sends branded reports to every customer. If a log app fits your shop, use it.
Is there a limit on customers, technicians or reports?
No. One price covers your company: unlimited customers, sites, appliances, users and reports.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. You can still view and export everything. Adding new records and creating reports needs a paid plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month to month. You keep access to export your records after you cancel.
Does it sync with ServiceTitan?
LeakLedger imports CSV exports from ServiceTitan and other field-service software. It is not a live sync: export, upload, and your saved column mapping is applied automatically each time.
Will you set it up for us?
Yes. Send us your export and we will do the first import, column mapping and appliance list with you, free during your trial.
Is LeakLedger legal advice?
No. LeakLedger is decision support. It shows its math and cites the regulation, and marks unclear cases "confirm with your compliance advisor". Owners and operators remain responsible for compliance.
